Your billing address should match the address where you receive your credit card statements, and the shipping address is where your order will be delivered.
House of Class is not liable for any delivery delays resulting from incomplete or incorrect address information.

We work with reliable courier and transport partners, such as BlueDart, EcomExpress, Delhivery, Xpressbees, E-cart, and Shadowfax.
These agencies typically deliver within 8–10 business days to major cities in India.


Alternative Shipping Options

We can provide special quotes for alternative shipping methods.


Multiple Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately based on product availability and various shipping locations.


Product Origin

All products are shipped from India.


Refunds and Returns Due to Shipping Delays

Please note that House of Class does not offer refunds, returns, replacements, or exchanges due to delays caused by the courier agency.
However, at our discretion, we may offer store credit for future purchases.


Estimated Shipment Time

The estimated delivery time for each product on our website is a guideline and may change.
For a more accurate estimate, please contact us with your order number or item codes.


Transit Risk

All orders shipped by House of Class are fully insured at no additional cost to you.
In the rare case of a lost shipment during transit, House of Class will reprocess the order.
However, we are not responsible for lost items or damages to packaging once the carrier has delivered it to the provided address.


Tracking Your Shipment

You will receive an email with shipping details once your package is handed over to the courier.
This will include your tracking number, carrier website, and estimated delivery date.
Please note that it may take up to 24 business hours for tracking numbers to become active on the courier's website.


Address Change Requests

Delays

While we make every effort to meet the expected shipping time, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control.
In such cases, we regret that we do not offer refunds, returns, replacements, or exchanges.
However, we may offer store credit for future orders or free gifts on a case-by-case basis.


Custom Duties (International Orders)

For international shipments, please be aware that customs duties or charges may apply according to your country’s import regulations.
